All Geospatial Trainer

About the role

EKS, a Chenega Professional Services company, is seeking a Geospatial Trainer to deliver performance-oriented training and support course development for GEOINT intelligence operations. Responsibilities

• Deliver training across multiple modalities (classroom, practical exercises, simulation, field).
• Support resident, non-resident, and mobile training courses.
• Participate as a subject matter expert (SME) in revising Program of Instruction (POIs), Lesson Plans, and Training Support Packages (TSPs).
• Remedy deficiencies identified during preparation and conduct of instruction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; four additional years of related experience may substitute for the degree (contract dependent).
• Must have a TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance.
• Experience with the most recent automation tools and systems applicable to GEOINT intelligence operations.
• Instruction and course development support for:
  • FMV exploitation,
  • Imagery Derived Products (IDPs),
  • National imagery exploitation,
  • Commercial or Remote Sensing exploitation,
  • Joint Surveillance Target Acquisition Radar System (J-STARS) Moving Target Indicator (MTI) exploitation,
  • Cross-cueing operations between all GEOINT sensor types, and
  • FMV basic flight operations on Multiple User Simulation Environment (MUSE) systems.

Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Pay

Estimated salary/wage: USD $62,000.00 – $74,000.00 per year.
