Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs.
• Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed.
• Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
• Collect payment for work performed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification required
• Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus

Pay

• Pay range: $60,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience
• Opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions
• Technicians usually start with a daily guarantee, moving to commission‑based revenue (negotiable)
