Alignment Technician

About the role

Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services. Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only)
• 1 year of vehicle alignment experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• ASE Certifications preferred

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work varying work hours, Monday through Saturday
• Ability to work in a physical environment with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting

Pay

$50,000 - $65,000 / year

Schedule

Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
