About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the retail store, including supervising employees, monitoring sales performance and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Create attractive and effective product displays inside the store, maintaining visual merchandising standards and supporting promotional displays.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and maintain the store according to company and brand standards.
• Work closely with the retail team to improve customer experience and implement company policies and procedures.
• Welcoming and assisting customers, providing information about products, meeting individual and store sales targets, handling customer enquiries, and supporting stock-related activities.
• Support inventory management, receiving and organizing stock, maintaining inventory records, checking incoming and outgoing products, arranging products in storage areas, and coordinating with store and sales teams.
