About the role
As an Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist, you will complete in-store alcoholic beverage and food demonstrations in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You will prepare, set up, pour samples, verify customers' ages, and maintain a clean environment while engaging with retail customers to communicate key product points and drive sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and pour samples for in-store demonstrations.
- Verify customers’ ages in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain a clean and professional demonstration environment.
- Engage with retail customers to educate and promote products in an engaging manner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable adult beverage laws and regulations.
- Work with the team to achieve sales goals for demonstrated products.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays (other weekday shifts may occasionally be available).
- Daily access to a smartphone to report work completion.
- Access to reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the event.
