Alcohol Operator
Job Details
Hours: 7:00pm to 7:00am, rotating 3-2-2 shift

Job Duties
Recording readings on an hourly basis
Making critical process decisions independently and safely
Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
Safely starting, monitoring, and shutting down the Evaporation System
Submitting work orders on equipment and facilities requiring maintenance
Ability to connect/disconnect heavy industrial hoses for load-in/load-out purposes
Ability to climb stairs and ladders to observe and test products
Unloading/loading of tanker trucks, railcars, syrup trucks, totes, barrels, and kegs
Carrying and distributing bags of chemicals weighing up to 50 pounds
