Position Overview The Alcohol Compliance Supervisor ensures adherence to safe-drinking policies during high-volume, fast-paced events at a multi-seasonal entertainment venue with a capacity of 12,500. This role involves training staff on alcohol policies, monitoring compliance throughout events, maintaining necessary paperwork such as checklists and incident reports, and providing friendly, efficient customer service. It requires overseeing event operations from pre-event to post-event activities, enforcing policies, and handling potential issues. Qualifications & Skills Must be 21 years or olderAbility to lead a team and resolve conflictsStrong reading, writing, and basic math skills TEAM/TIPS alcohol certification (training provided if needed) Key Duties Supervise alcohol service starting 1-2 hours before doors open until an hour after alcohol cut-offTrain staff on alcohol policies and ensure complianceMaintain event documentation and incident reportsDeliver excellent customer service
