About the role
- Patient Care Technician: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Outpatient Registered Nurse: Provide medical care to patients in outpatient settings.
- Charge Nurse: Manage patient care activities and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Registered Dietitian: Plan and implement nutritional programs for patients.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care Technician: Assist with patient care tasks, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
- Outpatient Registered Nurse: Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Charge Nurse: Coordinate patient care activities, manage staff schedules, and ensure patient safety.
- Registered Dietitian: Conduct dietary assessments, develop meal plans, and educate patients about nutrition.
Requirements
- Patient Care Technician: High school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification.
- Outpatient Registered Nurse: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, current RN license, and 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Charge Nurse: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field, RN license, and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Registered Dietitian: Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or related field, RD license, and 1+ year of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Patient Care Technician: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outpatient Registered Nurse: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Charge Nurse: Leadership skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Registered Dietitian: Knowledge of nutrition science, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skills
- Patient Care Technician: Basic computer skills, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.
- Outpatient Registered Nurse: Proficiency in electronic health records, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Charge Nurse: Strategic planning, project management, and leadership skills.
- Registered Dietitian: Knowledge of food preparation, culinary arts, and nutrition counseling.
