About the role
We're seeking Albanian language specialists to contribute to the development of advanced language models. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring these models accurately reflect grammar, nuance, dialectal variation, and cultural context.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate translations and assess grammar and fluency
- Analyze tone and meaning
- Identify and correct inaccuracies or unnatural phrasing
- Review region-specific variations, including standard Albanian and commonly used dialects
- Evaluate how well the model handles formal versus informal registers, technical terminology, or culturally specific references
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Albanian
- A background in linguistics, translation, language education, journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong language proficiency and attention to detail
- Clear written communication and the ability to explain linguistic corrections and reasoning
