About the role
The Floorhand is a rig crew member whose primary work station is on the rig floor. Duties and responsibilities are prominent in every aspect of drilling the well, including manual handling of tubular and tools, making up or breaking out during connections or tripping pipe. The position is responsible for rigging up and down, drilling, and completing the well, as well as maintaining circulating, rotating, hoisting, and well control systems.
Schedule
Rotation: 14 days on, 14 days off or 21 days on, 21 days off (days or nights, including weekends and holidays). Schedule is subject to change.
