About the role

Alarm Technicians will install monitored alarm and camera systems, in residential customer's homes.

Responsibilities

• Install monitored alarm and camera systems in residential homes
• Use hand tools, drills, and climb ladders
• Work in a team environment
• Focus on customer needs
• Have a clean driving record
• Gain experience with low voltage/electrical or home automation systems (preferred)

Requirements

• Willingness to learn the service process of burglar, home automation, and CCTV systems
• Basic knowledge with installation and service of security systems
• Experience with fishing wires, attics, and crawl spaces (preferred)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or courses in electrical or communication systems (preferred)

Skills

Team player mentality, customer-focused driven, and hands-on skills with hand tools, drills, and climbing ladders.
