Alarm Low Voltage Technician - Installer

Responsibilities

• Implement workplace policies and standards
• Organize and lead technician mentorship, guidance, and training programs
• Assess the company’s equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Communicate with senior management, customers, and technicians
• Install/Program/Deploy Alarm, Camera, Access Control Systems
• Troubleshoot & Service Systems
• Lift 30-50 lbs
• Able to confidently use tools and/or heavy machinery
• Work well alone or in a cohesive group
• Be on time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proven interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Out-of-town travel is required with per diem pay
• Prioritize 3-5 years of technician experience in the security industry
• Preferred applicant to have a minimum of 3-5 years of technician experience in the security industry
• Texas TOPPS Security License
• Clean Driving & Criminal Background
