Alarm and Surveillance Technician

As Alarm & Surveillance Technician, you will be key member of the organization and play an important role in Customer Satisfaction. Job Requirements

• Install, service and repair surveillance systems hardware and software, including video, access control, intercom, and automation products.
• Use your experience, troubleshooting skills, and diagnostic tools to identify issues quickly and repair systems efficiently to the benefit of our clients and the company.
• Provide instructions to clients on the proper use of the products.
• Become proficient at the company processes, software, and tools used to service clients.
• Promote the company's brand, products, and services.
• Maintain your technical and mechanical skills.
• Accept all assignments with an open and positive attitude.
• Occasional overtime required.

Preferred Experience/Skillsets And Requirements

• 1+ years experience in security and camera installation
• Basic networking / IP systems knowledge
• Current Security/Alarm Installer certification
• Good driving record with valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass background check
• Basic hand tools
