AL Nurse Manager-Part Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of health-related services for the Assisted Living Residence (ALR) and Assisted Living Program (ALP).
• Participate in the assessment and screening of applicants to determine appropriateness for care.
• Aid in the development and implementation of individualized service plans (ISP) based on assessments.
• Conduct assessments and reassessments to identify residents' healthcare needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Document resident care and changes in status.
• Supervise program nurses and home health aides.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (BSN).
• Current Registered Nurse New York State License.
• Experience in staff supervision and medication oversight in Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, or similar environments.
• Strong management and supervisory skills, with experience in assessments, care planning, and reassessments.
• Experience with Dementia and/or Alzheimer’s patients is a must.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing services to older adults in settings such as home care, residential care, adult care facilities, or rehabilitation.

Pay

$60.0961 Hourly
