Dallas Retirement Village in Dallas, OR is seeking a dependable, reliable Med Tech to join our team in a hands-on caregiving role within our fast-paced assisted living environment. Med Techs play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming home for our residents while working closely with the care team.

Schedule

Wednesday - Sunday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies and procedures.
• Provide direct support and assist with daily routines to ensure quality care and comfort for residents.
• Perform documentation each shift.
• Interact tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government staff, and the general public.
• Maintain a highly customer service-oriented approach, dedicated to providing superior hospitality and service to residents.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a med tech and/or with the geriatric population is preferred.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain one with assistance from the facility.
• Current Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain one with assistance from the facility.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
