AJOC Classified Support Engineer

Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for an AJOC Classified Support Engineer for an upcoming award. This position will be located in Annapolis Junction and will be onsite Responsibilities Provides technical and management leadership for major IT field support services for AJOC classified systems, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectivesDirects and controls all international field support activities, having overall responsibility for management, methods, and staffing to ensure technical requirements are metOversees technical support to federal, contractor, and detail employees using TSA Systems, ensuring appropriate staffing resourcesEnsure support engineers complete mandatory and job-related trainingDirects specific IT Field Services tasks, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), asset management inventory assistance, and video conferencing and A/V O&M, and local on-site cabling Qualifications Bachelor's with 6 - 8 years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills And Experience 6 years experience in IT supportHolds appropriate personnel clearance levels to gain access to classified systemsPossesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systemsDemonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategiesPossesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for TSA staff at International locationsExhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service delivery Clearance Required: Must have a TS/SCI Clearance Posted Salary Range: USD $95,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
