Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to optimize technology infrastructure
- Analyzing client requirements and developing technical designs to deliver innovative technology solutions
- Leading teams in the successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance
- Encouraging the development of skills outside comfort zones and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Utilizing Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based platforms to enhance data flow and business performance
- Conducting research and evaluating new technologies to drive innovation and improve service delivery
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in technology solutions
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Engineering & Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology
- Designing end-to-end enterprise solutions across applications, data, integrations, cloud platforms, security, scalability, and delivery standards
- Evaluating technology tradeoffs and aligning architecture decisions to business goals while communicating designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Solution Architecture
- Utilizing Microsoft Azure for cloud-based solutions and services
- Excelling in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance performance
- Embracing technology innovation and implementing new technology solutions
- Analyzing complex systems to identify linkages and interactions
- Leading strategic planning and execution for client engagement projects
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
