Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
- 1+ years of Security Experience
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, and airport personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, public agency personnel, and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
- Monitor access points, restricted areas, and credential requirements in accordance with location protocols, and report unauthorized entry attempts and/or policy violations.
- Prepare clear activity logs and incident reports, provide directions and assistance to the public, and support orderly operations across the location.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
