Airport Lounge Wait Staff

Location: American Airlines Flagship Lounge – PHL (Job ID 46137001). Full‑time position. Pay: $20.25 per hour.

Schedule

Any shift (open availability). Workdays/shifts: ANY SHIFT (OPEN AVAILABILITY). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, confirm orders with guests, and process them in the correct sequence.
• Check all items for quality and completeness, ensuring that presentations are attractive, appetizing, and consistent.
• Monitor guest needs, respond to requests, and address concerns or complaints with professionalism.
• Perform physical tasks including significant walking, standing for extended periods (potentially over 8 hours), reaching, bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 35 lb (occasionally 50 lb).
• Use hands for handling, tasting, and smelling; perform repetitive motions.
• Attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year related experience.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local regulations; may require a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol‑service certification.
