GAT is seeking dynamic individuals to join its team of aviation professionals as Cabin Cleaner Agents, providing support to airline clients through a variety of ground handling services while delivering prompt, friendly, and courteous service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cosmetic arrangement of seat belts, headrests, and other cabin details.
  • Prepare cabins for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Clean and service aircraft interiors, including cabins, cockpits, galleys, and lavatories, ensuring all areas are free of dirt, debris, marks, and fingerprints.
  • Check, handle, assemble, remove, and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to specifications.
  • Assist Ramp agents upon completion of cabin cleaning.
  • Load and unload passenger baggage, freight, and cargo to/from aircraft bins, bag carts, and conveyor belts.
  • Transport loaded bags, freight, and cargo between aircraft and airport terminals.
  • Drive and operate ground support equipment (GSE).
  • Perform FOD (Foreign Object Debris) walks in the ramp area between flights.
  • Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
  • Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage routing tags.
  • Follow and comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier rules and regulations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to navigate electronic devices (computers, fax machines, printers, timeclock, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of GSE maintenance issues.
  • Experience and understanding of commercial aviation operations.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Previous ramp or airline experience.
  • Must successfully complete all training requirements and maintain certifications throughout employment.
  • Must clear an FBI fingerprint background check.

Physical Requirements

  • Physically fit to perform duties including standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Capable of repetitively lifting up to 70 pounds in confined spaces.
  • Willing to work outside in all weather conditions with exposure to loud noises.

Schedule

  • Overnight/graveyard shift.
  • Variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations.
