Airport Agent Supervisor - LNS

About the role

As a Supervisor, you will supervise a team of airline professionals as you provide an excellent customer experience and maintain an efficient, safe, and on-time airline.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, set a positive work atmosphere for your department, and promote guiding principles.
• Work closely with other supervisors to maintain a consistent standard and quality environment for employees.
• Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agents.
• Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures.
• Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals.
• Attend company training classes as needed.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Perform cross-utilized agent duties as required.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state‑issued driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Possess required knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines’ policies and procedures.
• Familiar with partner dedicated computer systems.
• Promote a safety culture in the station.

Pay

$16 per hour, plus supervisor override.

Schedule

This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a part‑time position.
