Airport Agent - GTF

Responsibilities

• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Ticketing and rebooking passengers
• Boarding flights
• Assisting passengers with special needs
• Resolving customer concerns
• Loading and unloading customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off aircraft
• Greeting passengers, issuing tickets, providing seat assignments, checking baggage
• Assisting customers who arrive without their luggage
• Rebooking passengers
• Escorting passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously
• Marshalling aircraft in and out of the ramp area
• Working outside in all weather conditions
• Servicing aircraft as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver’s license
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Adaptability to changing priorities and effective time management skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Pay

Starting at $16 per hour

Schedule

Part-time with flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
