Airline Reservations Agent

About the role

Dinamic AS Group is hiring an Airline Reservations Agent to support traveler requests, reservations, itinerary details, supplier follow-up, and accurate service delivery. The position supports luxury travel planning, private experiences, itinerary coordination, traveler communication, and premium customer service and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate airline reservations agent work connected with luxury travel planning, private experiences, itinerary coordination, traveler communication, and premium customer service.
• Review traveler names, dates, routing, booking details, confirmations, and service notes for accuracy.
• Handle routine reservation or itinerary updates and keep travelers informed of next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teammates, travel suppliers, or service partners when information or confirmation is needed.
• Maintain complete booking, itinerary, customer, and follow-up records in the company’s shared systems.
• Escalate complex fare, schedule, payment, or service issues with enough context for the next owner to act quickly.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort learning reservation, itinerary, CRM, spreadsheet, and email workflows.
• Careful attention to names, dates, prices, confirmations, and travel details.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage several open traveler requests without losing deadlines or documentation.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

Base salary: $53,000 - $62,000 per year
