Airfield Engineering Associate I
The Opportunity
R&H is seeking an Airfield Engineering Associate to join our aviation team in Denver, CO. You'll work in an office with your team to create civil projects for airports across the U.S., using AutoCAD to create plans including geometric design for runways, taxiways, and aprons; bituminous and concrete pavement design; and stormwater and utility infrastructure design. You may occasionally travel to coordinate with airports, airlines, and the FAA.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- You are willing to learn new software platforms like AutoCAD.
- You have critical thinking skills.
- You enjoy working in a team and have relevant experience.
- You pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are available to start on or before January 11, 2027.
- You are strongly preferred to have completed the Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or Engineering Internship (EI) exam or intend to complete it within six months of hire.
Benefits
The salary range for this position in Colorado is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. The exact compensation will be determined based on your specific education, qualifications, experience, and work location. RS&H is an equal opportunity employer.
