About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor activities and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Present products and services to potential customers, providing detailed information on features and benefits.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the outdoor equipment or technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Passion for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and cycling.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
