About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft components on F-35 fighter jets. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all work adheres to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on F-35 aircraft
- Perform preventive maintenance checks and inspections
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines during all operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Document all work performed and report findings to appropriate personnel
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Completion of a formal training program in aviation maintenance
- Current certification from a recognized aviation maintenance organization
- Experience with F-35 aircraft systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
