About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft components on F-35 fighter jets. This includes troubleshooting, performing inspections, and ensuring all systems meet safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in aircraft systems
- Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality control measures
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Document findings and recommendations in maintenance logs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an aircraft mechanic
- FAA Part 147 or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with aircraft maintenance tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
