AerSale is seeking experienced aviation professionals to join one of its fastest-growing MRO facilities in Millington, TN. Roles include A&P Mechanics, Interior Mechanics, Structures Mechanics, Composite Technicians, Sheet Metal Mechanics, Avionics Technicians, Aircraft Supervisors, A&P Inspectors, Leads, and more.

About the Role

Aircraft Maintenance Professionals Needed

Responsibilities

Perform routine and complex aircraft maintenance tasks, perform inspections, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft components, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain records, and participate in training programs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate, and relevant experience in aircraft maintenance.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and adhere to company policies.

Skills

Proficiency in aircraft systems, tools, and equipment, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills.
