Responsibilities
- Maintains oversight of daily Part 135 maintenance operations.
- Affirms that all maintenance performed adheres to RAMCO regulations.
- Supports the Maintenance Control Manager in monitoring AEL 135 operations for compliance.
- Authorizes inspection/overhaul extensions and keeps a log of these authorizations.
- Handles incoming calls regarding aircraft being placed out of service for maintenance.
- Communicates with mechanics and pilots to place aircraft out of service for maintenance.
- Reviews and ensures proper documentation of write-ups in maintenance records.
- Creates and updates OOS for maintenance pages in RAMCO.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
- Valid State issued Driver’s License.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with EMS systems, aircraft maintenance systems, records, and maintenance support and planning.
- Knowledge of aircraft, engine, and component records.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and records books.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years of turbine-powered helicopter maintenance experience preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience under CFR Part 135 preferred.
