About the role
Tagup is a federal contractor or subcontractor subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil right laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Lead project management tasks including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with databases and data structures
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and version control systems
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
