The Air Force JROTC program at Radford High School seeks an experienced instructor to lead cadets in military training and education.

Responsibilities

• Teach cadets about the history, values, and principles of the United States Air Force
• Lead weekly drills and ceremonies
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
• Mentor cadets to foster leadership and character development
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Current U.S. Air Force JROTC Instructor Certification
• Experience teaching high school students
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay

$50,862.00 - $79,414.00 / Per Year
