Air Filter Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Filter Changer to join our team. The role involves replacing, cleaning, and maintaining filters in various systems to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Replace air filters within school systems, industries, and chain stores.
• Clean filters to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants.
• Inspect filters for damage or wear and replace as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling filters and working on equipment.

Requirements

• Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and maintenance of filters.
• Knowledge of how to use basic tools (e.g., screwdriver).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with dispatch to maintain filter change schedules and records.
• Willingness to travel; overnight stays may be required (company provides room and per diem).
• Successful background check required.

Pay

$16–$19 per hour, with bonus opportunities.

Schedule

• Full-time (40–60 hours per week)
• 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
