AIDE - MH/BH (NO DEGREE) POOL
Diamond Grove Center is a 61-bed behavioral psychiatric hospital located in Louisville, Mississippi. The facility features individual units for children and adolescents, offering inpatient acute care as well as residential treatment for adolescents. On average, 1,000 patients receive care from our compassionate healthcare team each year.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the admission of psychiatric patients to Diamond Grove Center, balancing patient comfort with organizational operating needs.
- Establish therapeutic rapport and verbally de-escalate patients in crisis.
- Support the orderly admissions process for patients to the facility.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.
- Experience in a behavioral science field or equivalent documented experience (e.g., Hospital Aide/Treatment Assistant).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts as needed.
