Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfortMonitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staffSupport clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoringPerform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for patientsAdminister compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and familiesFollow individualized care plans and adhere to all home health care protocols Requirements: Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferredPrevious experience in home health, long-term care, or a related healthcare settingStrong understanding of patient care, safety procedures, and infection controlReliable transportation and valid driver's license to travel to patient homesExcellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered demeanorAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in a home environmentCPR/First Aid certification is a plus About Us: Independence Home Health LLC is a trusted provider of in-home healthcare services in the Nineveh, IN area, dedicated to helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
