Aide

We are seeking an Aide to join our team at New Horizon Academy in the following classrooms: Twos and Toddlers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff
• Understand and adhere to state licensing regulations and company policies
• Perform required job duties with or without accommodations

Requirements

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position
• Previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work (preferred but not required)
• Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines
• Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
• Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
• Must be able to work full-time (Monday-Friday)
• Must have a positive work ethic and a passion for working with children

Pay

$17.35–$18.05 per hour (depending on experience)
