AI Workforce Transformation & Organizational Design – Project Manager

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement AI solutions
• Partner with leaders to assess organizational implications of AI
• Build implementation roadmaps and success metrics for AI transformations
• Ensure alignment of people and processes with AI strategies
• Advise on Lean and continuous improvement practices incorporating AI
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation
• Stay updated on AI trends and provide practical business insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant fields
• 8+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness or related fields
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of organizational design and workforce planning
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and their workforce implications
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical and project management capabilities

Pay

$141,900 – $236,600 annually
