AI Workflows Training Lead

About the role

Syll0 is an AI-powered litigation workspace designed for legal professionals. As an AI Workflows Training Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI workflows curriculum for both internal and external audiences. You will also deliver live training sessions and recorded modules on AI workflow features, develop enablement content for different user personas (paralegals, attorneys, legal ops), and collaborate with the Instructional Designer on scalable training assets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI workflows curriculum for internal and external audiences
• Deliver live training sessions and recorded modules on AI workflow features
• Develop enablement content for different user personas (paralegals, attorneys, legal ops)
• Update training materials to align with platform updates
• Collaborate with Instructional Designer on scalable training assets
• Identify gaps in client AI adoption and recommend targeted training interventions

Qualifications (wish list; apply if you have some)

• 3+ years of litigation experience (JD preferred)
• Strong presentation skills for mixed-expertise audiences
• Experience in training, curriculum design, or technical enablement with AI tools
• Experience training legal audiences (attorneys, paralegals, legal ops) is a strong plus
• Able to learn new software and translate into instructional content
• Able to collaborate with product or engineering teams on feature releases
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, video production tools, and learning assets is a plus

Compensation

$130,000 – $160,000 USD (higher possible for exceptional candidates)
