AI Video Artist – Comedy Short Film

About the role

Join a creative project to produce a humorous 2–3 minute promotional short film exploring the pitfalls of hiring the wrong home builder. This role is ideal for an AI video artist with a sharp comedic sensibility and a passion for visual storytelling. You will collaborate remotely with a small team to elevate an existing outline and script, ensuring the final film is both entertaining and polished. Your expertise will be crucial in refining comedic timing, enhancing visuals, and delivering a professional finished product.

Responsibilities

• Generate and refine AI-driven video footage using tools such as Kling, Seedance, OpenArt, Veo, or Runway
• Edit and composite video content to achieve a cohesive and engaging narrative
• Design and integrate sound and voice elements, utilizing ElevenLabs or similar platforms
• Apply advanced editing techniques in Premiere Pro and After Effects for a polished final cut
• Create and manipulate visual assets in Photoshop for stills and composites
• Collaborate on script punch-ups and contribute creative ideas to enhance comedic impact
• Deliver a completed, high-quality short film ready for promotional use

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise with AI video generation tools (Kling, Seedance, OpenArt, Veo, Runway, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Experience with voice and audio tools such as ElevenLabs or similar
• Strong sense of comedic timing and visual storytelling
• Ability to contribute creatively to script refinement and punch-up
• Proven track record of delivering professional, polished video projects
• Comfortable working remotely; candidates must be based in the United States
