AI Transformation Program Manager, Finance Transformation

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a AI Transformation Program Manager, Finance Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will guide finance transformation efforts that use AI and automation to improve efficiency, control, and business value across core finance operations. You will partner closely with finance, accounting, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the roadmap, define requirements, and deliver scalable solutions from discovery through implementation. The position also plays a key role in change management, helping teams adopt new processes and tools while measuring impact through clear KPIs and ROI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a finance AI roadmap for automation initiatives
• Lead end-to-end automation initiatives in high-volume finance processes using AI solutions
• Conduct current-state process analysis and identify areas for automation
• Document business requirements and facilitate AI solution designs in alignment with best practices
• Oversee cross-functional project planning from discovery to implementation
• Drive change management with stakeholder communication and training plans
• Establish KPIs to measure success and ROI of automation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 6-10+ years of experience in finance transformation or program management roles
• Experience with AI-enabled and automation-focused implementations in finance functions
• Strong understanding of finance processes, specifically P2P, QTC, Accounting, Payroll, and SOX compliance
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation initiatives and measurable business value
• Strong project management skills in cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical AI information into business-centric language
