About the role

We're looking for experienced US-based recruiters who also have a passion for writing. If you enjoy explaining things in detail and have a knack for crafting engaging narratives, this freelance opportunity is for you.

The task: select one long-term, recurring process central to your work as a recruiter—such as sourcing for a hard-to-fill role, running a full-cycle search, building a talent mapping report, or managing a high-volume requisition—and document it as a detailed, honest account. This should include steps, tools, decision points, edge cases, and the instincts behind your approach. The goal is to create a thorough, well-written outline (typically 5–25 pages) that provides real depth on a single process, useful for training AI models.

Upon signing up, you’ll complete a short, paid writing assessment ($9/hour). Acceptance into our talent pool may lead to additional paid freelance projects. Work is fully remote, ad-hoc, and flexible, with payments made via PayPal.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional recruiting experience, based in the US.
• A genuine interest in writing—whether through academic work, blogging, journaling, freelance projects, or simply being the person who crafts thoughtful emails.
• A preference for depth and clarity over brevity; you enjoy explaining things thoroughly.
• The reliability to complete a full outline once matched to a task.

Tasks
