AI Training - Fluent Vietnamese Speakers
About the role
Contract type: Freelance. Location: Remote.
We are looking for fluent Vietnamese speakers to help train the next generation of AI models through real conversation. You will join live video calls with other Vietnamese‑speaking participants, chatting naturally about everyday topics while your conversation is used to help AI models better understand how people actually speak.
This is a task‑based AI Training job that allows participants to choose their schedule and how much they work—there is no fixed schedule and no minimum hours requirement. After joining the talent pool you will complete a short assessment on your language skills; passing it opens the door to similar paid projects in the future.
Responsibilities
- Participate in live video conversations in Vietnamese with other participants.
- Engage in natural, unscripted dialogue about everyday topics, allowing the conversation to flow naturally.
- Ensure clear audio quality; conversations are recorded and used to help AI models learn natural speech patterns, tone, and cultural nuance.
Requirements
- Fully fluent Vietnamese speaker.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable holding flowing conversations over video calls with new people.
- Quiet environment and good‑quality headphones/microphone for clear audio.
- Friendly, easygoing demeanor; background in teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics is a plus.
Pay
Hourly rate up to $18/hr.
