About the Role

We're looking for experienced US-based travel agents who also have a passion for writing. The task involves documenting a long-term process central to your work as a travel agent in a detailed, narrative format. This is an opportunity to contribute to AI training by sharing your expertise in a way that captures the nuances, decision points, and edge cases of your role.

Responsibilities

• Select one long-term, recurring, and critical task from your work as a travel agent (e.g., building a complex multi-destination itinerary, managing a large group or wedding booking, handling trip disruptions, or curating a niche travel package).
• Write a thorough, honest account of the process from start to finish, including steps, tools, information sources, decision points, and edge cases.
• Produce an outline typically ranging from 5 to 25 pages, focusing on depth and detail rather than brevity.
• Complete a short, paid writing assessment (compensated at $9/hour) after signing up.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a travel agent, travel consultant, or similar role.
• A genuine interest in writing, whether through academic work, blogging, journaling, freelance projects, or crafting thoughtful client communications.
• A preference for depth and clarity over brevity, with an ability to explain processes in detail.
