AI Trainer - Medical Doctors (PST)

About the role

We're seeking Medical Doctors to assist in training and evaluating advanced AI models. Successful candidates will participate as Domain Experts, earning $80-$150 per hour for completing AI tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate their accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide AI models in areas where they fall short.

Requirements

• Verified status as a medical doctor (current license/registration in good standing; board certification or equivalent).
• Recent clinical experience and comfort with evaluating clinical reasoning and decision-making.
• Willingness to complete a brief skills/eligibility screening.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• A reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• Willingness to declare earnings (self-employed).
• A PayPal account for receiving payments.

Qualifications
