AI Trainer - Fluent Serbian Speaker

About the role

We are seeking fluent Serbian speakers to act as evaluators. AI models are now learning to communicate with human-like nuance, and we need fluent speakers to ensure these models understand the depth and nuance of the Serbian language.

Responsibilities

• Side-by-side evaluation: comparing text and voice snippets to assess quality and authenticity
• Naturalness assessment: listening to AI-generated audio and rating how natural the voice sounds
• Quality control: identifying where the AI's tone or pronunciation feels unnatural or culturally mismatched
• Contextual review: identifying whether intonation matches the cultural context of the conversation
• Data tagging: providing feedback on the naturalness, tone, and authenticity of the audio

Requirements

• Serbian language fluency: you must be a fluent Serbian speaker with a strong command of natural, everyday Serbian
• Linguistic nuance: an ability to distinguish subtle differences in accent, tone, and vocal delivery
• Communication: fluent English skills for instruction following and reporting
• Soft skills: high attention to detail
• Technical setup: access to a quiet environment and good quality headphones/speakers
• Pay rate: $20 - $26/hr

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in linguistics or translation are a plus
