As an AI Trainer in Data Science, you will participate in a focused, impactful engagement where your skills in data analysis, machine learning, and AI tools will be instrumental in training and validating large-scale AI models. Working 30–40 hours per week across the 12-week program, you will contribute to refining AI responses related to healthcare operations, ensuring high-quality, source-grounded outputs without the demands of patient care or shift work. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, making it ideal for experienced professionals seeking meaningful, short-term projects.
Responsibilities
- Train and validate large-scale AI models using data analysis, machine learning, and AI tools
- Refine AI responses related to healthcare operations to ensure high-quality, source-grounded outputs
- Work independently in a remote setting with flexible scheduling
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or related fields
- Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for reading and writing analysis code
- Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic familiarity with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) tools (user-level experience)
- Demonstrated availability for 30–40 hours per week during the 12-week timeframe
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with healthcare data or healthcare operations
- Advanced degrees in quantitative disciplines (Master’s or PhD)
- Prior consulting, freelance, or independent practice in data science
- Experience working with small companies or startups in data roles
Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields
- 5–10 years of industry experience in data analysis, machine learning, or quantitative research
- Practical expertise in deploying and interacting with AI/LLM tools, even at a user level
Other Requirements
- Must control own schedule and be able to commit fully to the project duration
- Must complete and pass an initial training session (~6–10 hours) as well as a trial phase (~10–15 hours) – both sessions will be compensated
