About the role

As a Mandarin‑speaking participant you will join live video calls with other Mandarin speakers, chatting naturally about everyday topics while your conversation helps train AI models to understand real human speech.

Responsibilities

• Have live, natural video conversations in Mandarin with other participants.
• Discuss everyday topics freely, allowing the dialogue to flow as it would in real life (no scripts, no performance).
• Contribute your conversation data so AI models can learn natural speech patterns, tone, and cultural nuance.
• Review task details, time estimate, and pay before accepting each individually posted task.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin.
• Fluent English for understanding instructions and reporting.
• A quiet environment and good‑quality headset/microphone for clear audio capture.

Qualifications

• Natural conversationalist – comfortable chatting easily and holding a flowing conversation with new people over video.
• Friendly, easygoing demeanor; experience in teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics is a plus.

Skills

• Ability to engage in spontaneous, natural dialogue.
