About the Role: Crusoe is building the AI infrastructure that powers the next generation of intelligence, and we empower our own engineers to operate at the same frontier. The Storage engineering team is the backbone of Crusoe’s AI cloud platform. You’ll have real latitude here. You’ll build AI powered tools that make storage operations and engineering workflows faster and smarter, and you’ll shape how an entire engineering team works by driving adoption of tools like Claude Code, Codex; mentoring engineers one on one, and removing the friction that keeps great tools from getting used. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
