AI Technical Program Manager

A cutting-edge technology company is seeking an AI-focused Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of AI-native platforms and digital products, driving cross-functional execution and architectural governance.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of complex AI platform initiatives, ensuring successful product delivery from concept through production.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery across various teams including Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Cloud, Security, Privacy, and Governance.
• Manage critical path planning, milestone management, and 10+ concurrent dependencies/workstreams.
• Oversee RAID management, decision governance, release readiness, and go-live ownership.
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, providing program updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure architectural alignment and remove delivery blockers for AI platform development.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience with a focus on complex enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, DevOps/CI-CD, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AI/ML product delivery, AI governance, Responsible AI practices, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, and security/RBAC models.
• Ability to drive release governance and architecture reviews.
