AI Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions to identify AI use cases and automation opportunities with customers
• Design and implement AI solutions, including templates and custom integrations
• Serve as a trusted advisor on AI architecture and compliance issues
• Guide technical setup and change management for AI features and integrations
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to inform the AI roadmap based on customer needs
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Managers to ensure effective onboarding and adoption
• Facilitate workshops for audiences at all technical levels on using the company’s AI tools

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or professional services with customer interaction
• Experience designing or implementing AI solutions, working with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with AI tools and APIs such as OpenAI and Hugging Face
• Experience deploying AI agents or workflows with tools such as LangChain or AutoGPT
• Understanding of REST APIs and low-code/no-code automation platforms is beneficial
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of enterprise AI safety and data privacy practices

Pay

$135,000 – $160,000 annually
