AI Systems Engineer at Room Marketing Agency Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $105,000-$115,000 per year About The Role The AI Systems Engineer will support development and operation of AI or machine-learning systems through data preparation, model evaluation, integration, testing, monitoring, and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities Develop or support AI and machine-learning workflows using appropriate code, data, and model interfaces.Prepare and validate datasets used for experimentation, evaluation, or production workflows.Evaluate model and system outputs for accuracy, reliability, performance, and known failure modes.Support integration of models or AI services into repeatable application and data workflows.Monitor production behavior and investigate material changes, errors, or degraded performance.Document experiments, assumptions, evaluation results, deployment changes, and operational procedures. Qualifications Working knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, and Model Evaluation.Ability to apply AI Systems and Data Pipelines accurately in assigned work.Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear.Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment.
